CineV is a submission and discovery platform for film and series investment. It does not provide financial advice or guarantee funding outcomes.
Users must be 18 or older. Investor accounts require manual approval by Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd.
Application fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Filmmakers retain all rights to submitted projects. CineV uses submitted materials solely for curatorial review and investor presentation.
No misrepresentation of projects, credentials, or financial status. No unauthorised access to other users’ data.
Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for investment decisions made by investors or funding outcomes for filmmakers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
