To operate the platform, conduct curatorial review, present projects to investors, and process payments. We do not sell personal data.
Filmmaker project information is shared with vetted investors on the CineV platform as part of the investment discovery process. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay — refer to Razorpay’s privacy policy for their data practices. Full submission data including contact details may be shared with Razorpay as part of KYC and payment compliance.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Submitted project data is retained for 12 months after the relevant season closes.
