CineV connects serious filmmakers with serious investors through a curated, biannual submission cycle. Projects are reviewed by an expert curatorial panel before being presented to a vetted investor network.
Four investment slates (ProofPoint, Development, Production, Completion) each designed for a different stage of a film or series project. Applications open twice a year — January 15 and July 15. Curation takes 8 weeks. Approved investors browse recommended projects in The Slate.
CineV is built and operated by Cinevesture Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based company working at the intersection of film production infrastructure and investment. CineV grew out of CineV-CHD, a physical film market held in Chandigarh in 2024–2025.
