Miriam began her career with the BBC in London and spent 14 years as a producer there, before moving to India and joining Excel Entertainment. First as Executive Producer and then as CEO, she worked on many feature films like Don, Rock On, Luck By Chance and Don 2. She was instrumental in setting up India's first Producing course at SRFTI and designed its syllabus. She has mentored labs at Film Bazaar and acts as a selector for their Co-production market and has been a selection member for the Hubert Bals Script Development Fund.
