InTheWorks Lab Mentor

Sidharth Meer is an entrepreneur and M&E veteran with over two decades of experience in film. Known as a disruptor, his expertise across cinematography, visual effects, digital workflows, and color has made him one of the most sought-after collaborators in the industry. As the founder of Bridge PostWorks, he has overseen post-production on over 150 films, including the Academy Award-winning documentary The Elephant Whisperers, the Academy Award-nominated films All That Breathes and Writing with Fire, and the Peabody winning film While We Watched.

Beyond post-production, Sid has recently expanded into producing, with his films making waves on the global stage. His latest productions include ‘Sabar Bonda’, which won the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic at Sundance 2025, and ‘Baksho Bondi’, set to premiere in the Perspectives section at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival.

At his core, Sid thrives on pushing the boundaries of storytelling, collaborating with ambitious filmmakers to explore new and efficient ways to bring their visions to life. His mission is to build an ecosystem that champions the best independent filmmaking talent and leaves behind a legacy of groundbreaking films that will be studied in film schools for years to come.

When he isn’t immersed in cinema, you’ll find him on a quest for inspiration—often through great food.
