Saurabh Varma is an Indian filmmaker, content creator, and marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. As the former CMO of Jio Studios, PVR, INOX, and Reliance Entertainment, and a proud recipient of the Philip Kotler Award, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and distribution strategies of over 1,000 films across various languages in India.

Varma has collaborated with major studios, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney, YRF Studios, and Red Chillies Entertainment, among others. He is the creative producer of an upcoming high-profile Netflix web series and was recently part of a two-time Sundance award-winning film, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

As a filmmaker, Varma has written and directed several projects, including Mickey Virus, 7 Hours to Go, the Marathi thriller Vicky Velingkar, and an upcoming web series marking the much-anticipated comeback of Urmila Matondkar.

Saurabh Varma is one of the very few professionals who have worked in both the creative and commercial aspects of filmmaking in India, pushing boundaries in storytelling and marketing.
